Roger Michael Johnson

              
Roger is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with over 10 years of engineering experience, specializing in 3D Solid Model - Parametric Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing also including Project Engineering with specialties in automated wet bench design and high purity, high pressure gas, high vacuum, plumbing design. being very experienced with poly-pro and sheet metal construction techniques.  Trained in AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, and Solidworks 3D CAD design software packages.

Roger graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1991.

This is the 'phase change' color printer I helped bring into production at Tektronix (now Xerox).

 


        

 

 

From left to right, bottom:
The Vertical Furnace Quartzware Cleaner, the Gemini Vertical Tube Quartzware Cleaner, the Wetbench Parts Clean Station, and the Bulk Chemical Delivery System.
These systems are some standard products I helped design, develop, and customize for CHEMWEST and ATS.

   The Deposition Metal Parts Cleaner, is an automated cleaning system I designed for ATS.
