As one of the sponsors of The First Annual Condon Festival of Blues, it was my moral duty to be in attendance at the second.

It's growing folks! There were quite a few more rocking to the 'Dawgs this year at the good old Condon Veterans Memorial Buildin*, 'most everyone who took the chance last year, plus old friends and new from as far away as Eugene. For the first time in its venerable history, the event broke even!

Traditions are springing up around the Fest: The Pre-Dance Golf Round; The ceremonial Passing of the Celery; the Icing of the Kegs; the Shuckin' Bee; Spudstock Artwork; the Post-Dance Bonfire; and the running debate: Charmed Life or Weiner?

Will there be a third? Your support can help ensure it!

    Gone to the Dawgs!

    Where the Hell is Condon?

Condon, Oregon is not the middle of nowhere, but you can see the edge of nowhere from there.

    * This is not a typo. That's what the sign says!
